There was an unseemly argument between two old geezers (geisirs?), one got splatted.

Whether it ws the right one or not is open to discussion.

I doubt it was David. Not his style.

He was tangling with a couple of cancel-happy fellows, though.

You may have not mashed the button but the vitrol of many of your posts for intentional triggering is remarkable.

I always seem to miss the fun. Either that or my tolerance is higher than many, because when I do read a disagreement, I never suspect "poofing" will be forthcoming.

I saw it coming, kind of. I thought the actual target wouldn't hit the cancel button, but a couple of onlookers might. So it was.

Osborne has a very bad habit of going off on a rant in the second person, which is fine in the privacy of one’s own mind when indulging in a little rage fantasy, but very unsettling to one’s interlocutors in any conversation.

One must rein oneself in before one forgets oneself.

I missed it, but it was probably this http://forum.woodenboat.com/showthre...tisan-Politics
O R went off on a political rant that had no relevance to the OP.
It really is quite difficult to build an ugly wooden boat.

I suggested that he step back and take a break, but I don't even know what button to "mash" to report something. It wasn't me.

It is that black triangle at the bottom of the offending post.
