Default stolen lumber found at construction site of iconic canadian builder

A beaver or beavers helped themselves to the stash of posts and used them to help build a dam, said Constable Conrad Rickards of the Porcupine Plain RCMP Detachment.

I tried locating said beavers but they were GOA (gone on arrival).

Even if they do track them down, RCMP say the beavers will get away with their pilfering this time; clearly the beavers don't give a dam.
Simpler is better, except when complicated looks really cool.

    First,

Second - in the "No S#$%, there I was..." Department - I was driving on the highway Tuesday morning returning from picking up some parts and there was a State Police cruiser with its lights on following a flat-bed truck loaded with lumber. In front of the truck was another blue vehicle with "SECURITY" painted on the side and lights flashing as well.

Are things so bad that lumber trucks require security escorts today to avoid being hijacked?

I thought I saw a stack of $7 2x4s at home depot last night. Must have been mistake.
