Default Non-skid for poly finished cabin sole

I am refinishing my teak and holly cabin sole in gloss polyurethane (gym floor type stuff) and would like add non-skid in areas like the galley and possible the companionway steps-anyone have any experience with non-skid in bright finishes and savvy recommendations?
