well, that's the rub. regular (oil) undercoater, sandwiching epoxy fillers.
It's not usually just one primer coat/ fill/ second primer / top coat...

quik fair is an epoxy right? are you using epoxy primer/undercoater?
or are you going to sandwich a primer of one material with fillers of another?...
