  • Hurrah!

Boris Johnson just resigned as an MP, following the publication of the Partygate report.

Earlier today, Julian Assange’s appeal against his extradition to the USA was rejected.

    And Trump has been arrested!

    Hurrah!

Have you read Boris' resignation letter. The worst possible (non) apology. It will be setting Trump's speechwriters on fire.

The BeeB report of his whining sounded like him channelling Trump. "Everybody is out to get me, there is no proof, it is all misinformation, can I have a Waaambulance."

He has given Nadine (I'm an idiot . . . get me out of here) Dorries a job for life as a Dame in the Upper House as well.

And James Watt, Ronald Reagan's execrable Secretary of the Interior.

He was forced out of office in 1983 after "controversially remarking that a panel reviewing his coal-leasing policies had 'every kind of mixture [on the panel] — I have a Black. I have a woman, two Jews and a cripple'."

All in all, yesterday was a very good day.

Assange has not been tried yet, so we dont know for certain what he did.

Do you, HR, think that the US courts are as bent as a left-handed corkscrew?

The Assange tale is more than a little, odd.

He is not, and never has been, a US citizen.
He was not in the USA.

He did publish some information, as did a number of major newspapers on each side of the Atlantic...
I'd much rather lay in my bunk all freakin day lookin at Youtube videos .

Which does paint the US government in a very bad, vindictive, light.
