She will quickly realize she's being unreasonable and calm down in an instant.

I see some here enjoy danger - especially our friend from Poland.

If it's me she's angry at (hard to believe that could happen, but it does for some reason ), giving her space for a while after listening to the beratement & apologizing is usually best. If it's someone/something else, best to simply listen, commiserate & not offer a "fix". Follow that up with a hug & "I'm sorry you had to deal with that".

Many years ago, I went out with a Spanish woman who had a volatile temper. However, the great thing was that she'd blow up & rant/yell for a few minutes & then it was over & done - no lingering comments and/or guilt trips.

If the book Men are from Mars, women are from Venus is accurate, encourage her to tell you all about it, do not comment, look interested and make appropriate encouragements like "Just So" or "did they really" as appropriate. Advice will not be welcome, what is wanted is a listening ear and sympathy.
