I'd say 6 with 4 a close second"Banning books in spite of the 1st amendment, but refusing to regulate guns in spite of "well regulated militia' being in the 2nd amendment makes no sense. Can't think of anyone ever shot by a book

Has anyone noticed the closure in 6 ? The back flow from 6 will fill 3 first. Extra points for 4 secondComment

If one pours fast enough, #1. But the source is too small to fill any glass.Life is complex.Comment

Re: Is this puzzle too simple? Puzzle thread…
#3 really does fill first unless there isn't enough beer. Both pipes out of #3 are blocked, as is the one from 2 to 6. The pipe from 1 to 2 doesn't ever get any, as 3 will overflow before the level rises that high."For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations,
for nature cannot be fooled."

The bottle is clearly unable to fill a whole glass when 1, 2 & 3 are connected. Unless it's wider in an unknown third dimension.
I'll pass on such ill-defined crapclickbait, thanks.
