      This is correct.

If the source bottle was larger, say a keg, Keith would be right. Then 3 would fill, and start to overflow. 4 would never see a drop. I suppose 6 & 7 might eventually fill up from the overflow from 3... if the pour was long enough. But it wouldn't be.

I wouldn't call this one 'clickbait crapt' like some of the puzzles that are deliberately created to to be ambiguous enough to be insoluable. This one includes all the elements necessary to reach a conclusion.

Water will flow into 3 first. and it can't flow from three to the others, so 3 will fill

I didn't either until I read someone mention them. I think this is more a test of patience than logic. I failed.

I'd call this one an example of clickbait bs. Built-in ambiguity makes a definitive solution impossible. Start with the use of a non-word to sow confustio... 'secondlast' is not an English word, afik, though I've heard it mistakenly used (as 'second-last' as a synonym for 'penultimate').

Yes... another example of the sort of deliberate ambiguity that makes these things something to argue about, instead of something that has a firm solution. Clickbait.
