          I'm guessing that boat to be Maya, not Mayan. Maya was the Kennedy's boat, Mayan was Crosby's boat. Both beauties.

                              Round here it would be called a Skerry Cruiser, or a metre square yacht. There is one a few miles away that the German navy had pinched from Norway in WW2, and used for their cadets.
                              And here she is in Tobermory, with a bit more patina than the OP's boat. But she is quite an old boat.
