Armed with a steak knife? She either had it clutched between her choppers pirate style or she had it on top of the walker handle with her hand over top of it, in either case it posed ZERO threat.

She certainly wasn't maneuvering her walker with one hand and waving a knife with the other, not at 95 in a care home. Some cops are just straight up pu**ies! The cop in question would barely be qualified to collect tickets or hand out cups of feed at a children's petting zoo.
