That looks good.
Since Herself started lurching toward vegetarianism, I've not made bacon or sausages or any of that stuff. Still have Italian and breakfast sausage, bacon, and some smoked ribs and pulled pork in the freezer.
My guilty treat on days when she goes to town. -

A nice thing about being my age is, bad habits like eating bacon, aren’t likely to kill you too young.Comment
