As a native NYer I can tell you every "secrete" bathroom location in the city. Every hotel, every high end public restroom, every restaurant, every bar etc. I know which ones have the really nice thick paper hand towels and which ones are good for #1 one and one for a comfortable #2
A prime example of a nice public restroom is the one in Bryant Park.

Porta Potties are a real boon. No more having to keep track of where the public rest rooms are in a neighborhood - just find a construction site and bring your own TP.A society predicated on the assumption that everyone in it should want to get rich is not well situated to become either ethical or imaginative.

WPA in #1 right? WPA stonework is as close to eternal as anything we build."For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations,
for nature cannot be fooled."
