There can be only one! Unhelpfull moniker that it was!

Currently peeing in a bottle, laid up with 3 ruptured discs. Supposed to be in France rebuilding a stone cottage next month . The long dark winters of Sweden have taken a toll.

Have modeled a multi chine 18ft bastardization of a French beach fishing boat and a semi-scow, with misainer rig, but what with the glut of cheap snot boats in France, it may not come to much. More of a sanity project and a reason to keep the chisels sharp and rust free.

The fact the stash of marine ply i have been sitting on for a decade has quadrupled in value, actually makes me questioning about turning it into a worthless boat. What say you?

It would have been preferable......though the pharmaceutical grade pain relief makes up for it...... never been the same since the first one popped 30+years ago. Should have sprung for the mini-digger for half a day hire. Price to pay for being a dumbass with rope and blocks.

For your information, there used to be a handful of us in Sweden, most driven off by the confrontation, bullying and general whos popular controls the narrative BS that most Swedes grow out of before they leave school. Myself, coming from London originally where BS runs rife, not so bothered by it. But attacks on people for having a different experience? Thats dumbassery.

I have not met or spoken to Johan. I do have is a trusted friend who used to post here but now only lurks, who can vouch for Johan as a legit ex member of Medicin Sans Frontieres , and also met Vadim. Your view Baxter, from "over there" is distorted by your own imagination, and does not reflect on the reality of things in Sweden. Why you choose to bad mouth people you do not know or met is a reflection on who you are.
Was a time you could communicate with people. What happened?

There was never any russbots here George, just those in someone elses head that you and others foolishly thought was a trustworthy source. The entertainment was, and still appears to be, brand someone and hound them till they leave, or get banned responding to personal attacks.

I can tell you what was entertaining in a sad way. Watching the members fall one at a time, until you all started turning on each other. It shows this place (bilge) for what it mostly is, a personality popularity contest. Garret seems to be the only member who consistently gives anyone a fair hearing, and with a big enough back bone to voice it. Kudos to him.
