I used to work maintaining banking equipment, saw a few banks close down in the mid 1980's - the Fed ( Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ) seemed to have no sense of humor, nor tolerance of impropriety when it came to money / assets of a member bank, as I recall.Charter Member - - Professional Procrastinators Association of America - - putting things off since 1965 " I'll get around to it tomorrow, .... maybe "Comment
