Bombed extensively during the 60's, littered with unexploded ordinance, but neverthe less a dig has been happening investigating the finery practices of 2.5 thousand years ago.

Old ordinance turns up all over the place, at the weekend the one below was blown, It's a WW2 German bomb dropped on Exeter.. Normally when they blow these things they just sort of go Phut as the explosive has degraded.. This one didn't, a hole the size of a double decker bus..
There was a 100M exclusion Zone.. bits of metal hit 250M away!!!
Just an amateur bodging away..
