What's for dinner

Lunch, actually.

In Sweden, I asked my waitress to choose lunch for me. She brought me a baked potato stuffed with shrimp salad.




So, good. Maybe just a little heavy on dill, but yummy. The potato was cooked just right: a crisp skin, yet almost fluffy inside.

Three kinds of herring ( left to right) so-called grandfathers recipe, basic pickled herring and pan-fried pickled herring. Plus, an oyster.



Main course of broiled cod with herring roe, shrimp, grated fresh horseradish, potatoes and carrots.

Good COD! I can't imagine your breath after that!
I like seafood. (I can't get it here). I grew up eating some sort of seafood 3-4 times a week...But even I would have trouble with a kiss from after that meal!
