WE have a 38 foot strip plank downeaster.It is spruce over hackmatack.The boat is iron fastened and in prety good condition .We love the boat but also realize it was built in the early sixties and know things will start to arise.I see alot of info on carvel repair but not so much on strip plank any wisdom and good reading would be welcome thanks Gary
