building my second boat

I recently finished and launched my first boat,a 14 foot john boat made from free plans off the internet.Much to everyones suprise it didnt sink,and only has one small leak!
I want to build a bigger boat,20', something like this

I want to use an old 4.3 (200 hp)chevy mounted inboard.does anyone know of a design that can handle the weight and power ?plus two guys and a week of camping supplies? I really have enjoyed building and now playing with my small boat,but I was a little scared to tackle something this big to begin with. thanks

Now here is the Mongoose which is a 20' Vee Hull sport boat. Not excatly what you show, but it will handle your motor and is easy to build.
