It's Sitka spruce so its not that heavy but its all about leverage.
The game plan for the last few years has been bring Tidbit up to the boat club bulkhead at dead low tide. One man on the boat one on the rail. Lift and lower down into the deck partners. Guy on deck ( me ) wrestles it into the step and then attach the forstay & bang in the wedges home.

As much as I liked going to the swing bridge to tackle off and stick Victoria with native forumites, I don't miss it.
I figure I'll be bringing her in close to the pier, let her lean over with the outgoing tide, polish up the upper part of the mast from the pier.
Nice work in the cockpit, considering how wet this spring has been.
