    Question schools

lets say i had my heart on building a schooner for myself.. i have just a little woodworking experience and i have the freedom to go just about anywhere to find either someone willing to hire my services to help build one (so that i could learn how to do it that way) or perhaps go to some schooner building school (and learn how to that-a-way). are there people and places such as these????

    thanks

A lot of us have, or have had similar dreams.
    You might start here:

    WoodenBoat School

    International Yacht Restoration School

    Apprenticeshop

    Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding

There's a lot more schools out there. Google is your friend. There's also been a few articles in WoodenBoat over the years, you might try their online index.

    Goodluck!
