Default Need a Small netting Dinghy

My 2 boys and I were out with my Dad setting a flounder net and afterwards we had some thoughts about a better boat. What we need is something like this.
As short and simple as possible. Max beam 4'6" to fit inside trailer sides. We see the transom seat as being removable to form a net box, dinghy width by 12-18" long by say 10" deep. One crew sits in the bow and rows while the net setter knells in front of the net and pay's it out over the transom. Retreval is the same pulling it in over the transom.
We are thinking flat bottom to minimise draft and bow transom to give buoyancy but still fine enough to row into a small estury chop. pics of areas to come.
4' beam on bottom, say 2" rocker aft and 4" forward, say 1" of flare at max beam each side, 1.5" at the transom. Bottom comes to a point at the bow and a triangular steeler plank each side coming up into the bow transom from say just forward of max beam to give a finer entry ............

I'm probably way off base, but here is something that is short and simple with rocker:

When you say short, can you give a minimum lenth? The shorter boats won't row as well as a longer boat

Allow me to be the first to offer this blindingly obvious choice.

It's not quite what you want but I couldn't resist.
Given the exactness of the specs you quote, why don't you put pen to paper and design your own?
We don't know how lucky we are....

My thoughts too. With maybe scissors to cardboard as an interim.

Pen to paper is exactly where we where going to do.
but I had to ask the question.
Beam on sole we have at 1220mm or 4ft width of a sheet of 1/2" ply. length on the bottom we also have given same sheet of Ply.
Rear box 18", 2'2"-2'4" leg room then seat 12", another 2'2"-2'-4" leg room, then seat 12" the 12" back room to top of bow Transom.
    Hence about 9' long.
