    You left a message in one of my ImageStation albums asking about the boat in the back ground. Here it is:

    Prairie Islander is built to Iain Oughtred's Farne Islander plans which I was lucky enough to get in the short time he had them for sail. It is a 20' gaff rigged cutter with a 9 hp Yanmar diesel inboard. I suppose by the set of her jib you can see we are still trying to learn to sail her.

    Thank-you Norm, I always wondered what you sailed; I knew it would be beatiful and she is.
    What do think of the "19' Cape Cutter" on designes?

    I'm not a sailor yet and don't know
    much about em but I've always thought
    your boat is one of the prettiest among
    the forumites Norm. How many will she
    sleep and does she have a galley?
    And what about the keel? Is it lead?
