It's a shame that so many pictures from past threads have been lost. I've read with great interest the descriptions of Carl's work, but all the photos are gone.
I'd be glad to see photos, and hope that asking isn't rude.

Steve Bauer helped me post some pix when the BI 19 was first launched, and maybe he still has them on his hard drive. If not, get back to me and I will work out something with you. I have just shifted to Mac from PC, and I know from nothing about compressing pix and putting them on the Forum -- but BI 19 pix are now in the Mac and I am sure we can figure out a way to show them to you.
If all else fails, e-mail me and I will send you some as attachments.
Carl,
I'd be glad to receive some photos. My email is swelebny(at)col-east.com
Part of my job has me flying over lots of New England and New York doing survey work. I was over Block Island Thursday. I couldn't find your BI-19!

Pretty hard to see from the air, as CHIPS is inside my boatshed on Beacon Hill, but you can get a good look is you come to the WoodenBoat show in Mystic in June, as she will be there on her trailer. I will e-mail some photos to you.
Double check you e-mail address. Is it swelebny@col-east.com?
I'm very much looking forward to the show. My wife Kathie and I will be staying at the Harbour Inn (I think it was) Saturday and Sunday night.
Affirmative on the email address.
Thanks!
Steve
