Plans inquiry, very old speedboat

I'm currently reading my dad's old copy of LFH's The Common Sense of Yacht Design. It has a mention of an old motor launch, Vingt-et-Un II that I found quite interesting. However, I can find no references online to more about the design other than a few old newspaper notices of races it was in. Does anyone know where I might be able to find more about the design?
