If you're seeking the filler for the canvas on a canoe:
Old Town still sells it. I believe American Traders from Brattleboro, Vermont has it. I'd also check the list of vendors over at the WCHA site (www.wcha.org)
There's nothing more expensive than a "free" boat.
There is a list of canvas filler formulas at http://www.wcha.org/build_restore/filler.html if you want to mix your own. You can also buy it at http://oldtown.wcha.org/parts.html from Old Town Canoe, http://www.wooden-canoes.com/material.htm from Northwoods Canoe, http://boatbldr.com/html/catalog/filler.html from William Clements, and many others at http://www.wcha.org/buildsupply/ in the WCHA listings.

tell them this crazy kid from maine living in sweden told you to call. Even better, tell him you have a question about your aluminum canoe first, then tell him I told you to call!!
