Does anyone know where I can find detailed plans including templates on this boat or a boat similar. It is a 1930's "Corky" sailboat.

Thanks for all your help.
Note* This will be my first project.

Justin,
Everything you need to build this boat is shown on the drawings you submitted!.....You won't find this much detail from most of the small boat plans available today. Take a good look at all the details and dimensions; it's all there.

Why not build a Lightening? It is almost the same thing, but better.
A Lightning will be faster, roomier and will hold its value better. Plus it has a decent-sized rudder.

I can't quite remember, but doesn't CWB have a Lightning in need of restoration? I think a home was being sought, or maybe it was for sale.
Not sure where you are located, but there could very well be a stray sailboat in the parking lot of CWB just waiting for you to restore it.
Where do I find the plans for a lightning?
I agree about the Lightning. I'd also agree that the plans you show have much more detail than most.

Right now, Vern Velez is organizing a crew to restore the CWB lightning. That's provided the collections committee accepts the idea of putting it back in service. If you are in the Northwest, contact Vern at CWB and he might be able to put you in touch with someone who has a Lightning available. The fleet's no longer active in Seattle, so there are some sitting instead of sailing in this area.
