    Default Navigation lights

Is there any nicer navigation lights for small power boats other than the stamped out perkos and attwood and the likes? I'd hate to have to fab my own from SS if this is all the choices there is. Has anyone made their own? I have a set of the shark eyes but they are too big for my hull. Has anyone sculpted their own into the hull or any other ideas?

    This is what I have.

I like the recess around the light itself but not the surround that flush mounts to the hull. I was thinking of glassing in a similar ramped cavity shape into the hull, painting it the same off white as on the boat and mounting the bulb/lens sockets only from the inside with the same exposure as they have in the existing part.
