    What is the cure time on CIL5200, glass to brass- serious sheer load?

    A week to 10 days- try to keep it moist/damp, much like concrete, as it requires moisture to cure.

    cure time is dependent on ambient humidity.

    You may get maybe ~ 3/4 strength in a few days, but it could take several months for full strength to develop as the cure proceeds—especially since you're gluing glass and brass together. It would seem that the vector for the delivery of moisture to the 5200 is, ah, small.

    Just my 2 centimes' worth of advice. And worth every centime.
