    I got the hulls symmetric with the temporary jig.

    I needed to pull in where the butt joints are. I thought the flat spots would need to be pushed out. Odd. but the string down the middle doesn't lie.

    Feels good to finally slap some glue on this puppy!

    Nope, shears are still on.

    I took all the beams out to take the load off.
    Wedged it out, so I could get in some thickened epoxy. Then clamped it off till it set.

    I'll sister is with a thinner piece of wood to make sure it stays put.

    For the shearclamp scarfs I used some of that 20ton epoxy. I wouldn't trust it again!
