Me, too. When I was shopping for foam to make our mattress foamorder.com had the best price. Foam prices seem to be up a bit since then, but I'd bet they still are one of the best sources.

Turns out I found a source in Port Townsend. NW sail and canvas. Very nice folks and cheaper to boot.
