    Default Hydrocoat, yes or no?

I've been following this forum for awhile now and I'm getting close to buying some bottom paint. My boat is a 1970 19.5' plywood lapstrake Carver. It will be living on a trailer and used mostly in freshwater for 1-2 days, maybe as much as a week on occasion. I'm in the process of removing all the topside and bottom paint. I wanted a non-antifouling bottom paint, but they don't seem to exist. I'm considering Hydrocoat based upon what I've read in many of the posts here. I care mostly about the paints abrasion resistance for trailering and it's ability remain submerged for a few days. Would anyone care to steer me in another direction and/or suggest alternatives? Am I on the right track?

I cerrtainly haven't had any complaints with it on the three boats I've used it on. It's tough enough for trailering, survives extended periods of dry storage well and is very user-friendly to apply. Considering how obnoxious a lot of bottom paints are to deal with, it's really quite pleasant.
