Hang on, Pard. I'll call Nurse Amber to set up a tequila IV.
Just stopped in to see if there was a decent stock of Irish whisky for St. Patrick's Day. Hmmm. Someone's been mucking up the order: I had them shelved alphabetically and they're pretty skew-whiff at the moment. Sophie's been in, I reckon.
Irish Whiskey...... Hmmmmmm....... Is that what that crate was?...... I thought it was a box of bad potatoes, and put it out back by the compost...... Hold on, let me go look......

Yup..... Sorry.....
The extra kegs of Guinness and Harp are in, and the corned beef is brining in the barrel.... The cabbage..... is........ Well...... I'll get more..... Cabbage just....... Don't worry, I'll get more.

One good thing is, That pine mouth thing is just about gone. I hope I never see another pine nut.

Hey Chip, mabe we should sample someof that Irish whisky, just to be sure it is still good.

The Harp is for the people that would normally drink Coors or Budweasle, but for St. Patrick's day they feel the need to drink something Irish.... It's fine beer for marinating chicken though....

Oh..... And I use vast quantities of Harp for cooking the corned beef and cabbage dinners.....

There is only a couple of beers I dont like, one is the Dog in heat wheat and the other is Two Jokers it does not even taste like beer. this is what they say about it.A - Hazy golden with a timid white head.
S - Funky hay, lemon citrus, wild flowers, coriander, faint honey.
T - Tons of tart lemons, some sour wheat, nice amount of spice, the citrus rides through to the end. A mix of sugary fruit hides underneath to combat the acidic citrus. Finishes dry and very crisp.
M - Soft and creamy, light to medium body.
The acidic tartness was a nice touch and unexpected. A great

Ya she's got it go'n on Bobby. Kin I getcha a beer while I'm up? The sky's opened up a bit and I see this weird orange orb up there throwin all kinds of light. The rain and snow mix has quit, I'm not sure what to make of it. ..
Out watching a puppy chase beetles and moths instead of doing what he needed to go out and do.....do..... That short little puppy attention span sure could make for some loooooong strolls around the property.... Hopefully his bladder and etc. will toughen and grow more capacious with time...... Quickly.....

If you had more beetles and moths in the house it wouldn't be such a novelty could save time
Bobby could you set Lefty up with some worms and scorpions or did you and skipper eat'm all

With my luck Aldo would eat the worms and scorpions, get drunk, and poisoned and I'd have to explain to the vet why my puppy was drunk, with venomous critters in his belly..... "Ya see, Doc..... My friends Bobby from Tulsa, and Dave from BC were........ No they're back in Tulsa and BC..... No they didn't actually feed..... No you see.... It's a virtual PUB..... No the puppy's real, and Bobby and Dave are real, but the PUB is...... Yeah..... Just gimme the bill...."

Mornin Lefty, Seanz. Coffee's up.
"Bundinn er bátlaus maður" Bound is boatless man.
It's a dreary, rainy morning.... At least it's not snow.
Coffee's on, the bacon's frying, the coffee cake (Marzipan with cherries) is just out of the oven.... And there's a rack of eggs. Just tell Amber how you want 'em slapped...

"Private room with a view. Ideal for traveling dogs or for those who just want a secure, quiet place to hang out at home."
That's how your dog might describe his crate. It's his own personal den where he can find comfort and solitude while you know he's safe and secure—and not shredding your house while you're out running errands.

I find "Crate training" to be abhorrent. I've rarely seen a mentally agile dog that lives half it's life in a cage.
There's a certain amount of sacrifice involved in raising a "free range" dog, but the reward is substantial.

I felt the same way initially. The ex is a dog trainer and introduced me to the proper way of doing it. With the door open the dog would go in and out on his own just to get out from under big feet.(His crate is in the background). When there was a thunderstorm, he'd go in the crate and feel safer. Don't know how, but I didn't question him about it.

I know..... Much like certain other topics, dog raising/training is quite polarized....
Today we have Thai chickensatay, with spicy ginger/peanut dipping sauce. Served with jasmine rice.
Hot roast beef on a kaiser roll, with mayonnaise, horseradish, onion, fire roasted sweet red peppers, tomato, lettuce, and provolone.... Served with a little dish of hot "au jus" for dipping, and thick cut pub fries.
Shrimp cocktail with our signature dipping sauce..... These are not the little bitty things you get at most restaurants..... These babies are 8 to a Lb. and you get 6... Plan accordingly.
Hot carrot/ginger soup, served with a wedge of Fontina cheese, and fresh from the oven multi-grain bread.
Special on tap: Sleaman's cream ale.
