She's wary of the camera flash. But she'll risk it to get the peanut. Oban's a good whisky, with a nice taste of the malt and not too much peatsmoke. I'm not keen on the really smoky malts like Old Bowmore that taste as if the water ran down a few chimneys before getting to the still.

I discovered that snow sliding off the roof of the garage had pulled the outlet tubing off the fitting on the solar collector. So I dug out the ladder and climbed up on the roof to fix it. Next I have to set up the drill pump and recharge the system with water and glycol. Fortunately it's not storming or blowing today.
Hope you're all feeling more-or-less well today. My back is still crook, but things could be worse.
