This should be interesting.. We are constantly discussing the importance of having a woodie surveyed when looking to buy etc. We have also commented on the fact that there are just not that many surveyors who know how to deal with a wooden boat..
My question.. up for debate is simple.. What do you expect from a surveyor?
I look at it this way.. for a surveyor to have determined that Uncas had a Horn Timber issue, he would have had to pull a few planks...I personally don't expect a surveyor to do that..
So what, in your mind is a good wooden boat survey and is one possible?
