Very nice, Paul! Tell us a bit about her, how things are going, and how much fun you are having.
Looks great! The Haven is quite an accomplishment from what I can see. Wow!
Dare you name her 'Il Sogno Bagnato e Dulce'?
Ian I don't suppose you could translate that?
Not in public.
Check you e-mail.
Heh Heh.

Beautiful boat! I can't take seeing all these great projects, ya'll. I'll never make up my mind!
Congrats, Paul.
(Pardon me while I repeat my mantra now: I am going to built Marsh Cat...I am going to build Marsh Cat...damn, Paul's boat is beautiful...I am going to build Marsh Haven...I mean CAT...yeah, CAT...)
"And look at Elias Wonder. Yeah, take a gander at that buzzard. Forty years ago he was happy, generous, charitable, tall, dark and handsome. Then he took up the fly rod. Now consider him. Uglier than fresh road kill. Evil-eyed, cantankerous, sullen, mean. An anti-social misfit that causes a groundswell of spleen wherever he goes."

Great stuff Paul. When was she launched?
Wow, this is an old post. Gina B was launched August 28, 2001. This is the latest picture I have of her. I just applied two coats of bottom paint and one on the hull. After that I'll touch up the insided, oil the floor boards and put a couple of coats of varnish on the bright work. Then its a couple of coats on the spars. I'm taking her to Beaufort, NC for the annual wooden boat show.
She sails great. My wife and I reall enjoy taking her out. I have never sailed before so I do not have prior experience to compare her.![]()
