Grand bank looking for a god home

I have a 36' Grand Bank with a teak hull and deck (over plywood) which I can't take care and which have to be remove from the place where she is. Before to have to destroy it and sell the parts I want to give her a chance as the hull is perfect. The boat have been totaly redone 7 years ago and it was a very nice job. Unfortunately, some plywood used for the cabine side was from bad quality and need to be replace. The hull need to be repaint and a 6 feet plank to be replace in the top. One 6cyl. diesel engine is good, one need job.
All teak interior. New Onan genset, new icemaker/fridge, both new Lectrasan electric toilet system, etc.
The boat is out in Charleston, SC, and need to be remove asap.

What year is it? What price are you looking to get out of it. I live in MI but may be willing to transport. Send me an E-mail, I tried to E-mail you but got no response.
