    Default Sealer for Thru-hull fittings?

Is Dolphinite ok for this? The instructions on the can say nothing about under the water line use. It states that it is good for bedding between planks when double planking, so I guess it will work on these fittings. I am installing quan 2 - 1 and a half inch fittings.
    Thanks,
    Danny

One added item for bedding through hulls is to wrap a thread of linseed oil soaked caulking cotton lossely around the spigot. I always use Dolphinite as well.
