Ideal Series Vol. 8?

I have fallen for "Rosita", a Hacker design from the Motor Boating Ideal Series volume VIII. In the past I have seen info. on inter library loan, I just can't seem to find the link... otherwise anybody have volume eight who would be willing to help me out? I have looked around online, however this seems to be a difficult edition to locate.
