    We (the forum) seem to be running about 4 hours ahead of EDT, where are we?

    I believe the default for the forum is GMT/UCT. You can, however, set the time zone for your view of the forum using the control panel...

    GMT, you can set the clock to your area somewhere in user CP, I changed mine, CRS about how I did it.
