Just some pics of a wood fishing boat in town that had the paint stripped. Not sure what the owner plans on doing now. Although it's apperent he went shrimping. [img]smile.gif[/img]
I've decided to take more pictures of the wood boats in town, as we have a bunch.

Interesting to see how aluminum bulwarks have been retro-fitted into the old structure. If you get a chance, I'd love to see the inboard side of those bulwarks to see how they are fastened into the surrounding wooden structure.
(Once again, I must edit to cover up the evidence of my crappy typing skills)

I have aluminum and steel bulwarks on my boat too...
I'll pull up the weardeck and take some pics for ya.

Gotta love it Brian!! All that wonderous water and youve got a wading pool on deck!!
Keep the pics coming mate I sincerely love looking at the boats from other places... shrimpers like all workboats fascinate me
