Yea, I know....... As Dave said, it was up a couple of months ago (the seller at that time also had a Hankins surf boat up then). I have been in contact with the current owner a number of times since he bought the Nau, basically filling him in on what he has. I think he likes the boat but has decided it doesn't really fit his needs. He contacted me before listing it to give me first refusal (I just don't have the space!! - or so I'm told...). I sure would love this one though. I just finished building a small compass box out of some small charred scraps of Jersey white cedar hull planking remains from a small skiff that I found at the site of Warren Nau's shop in Morgan a couple of months after some vandals burned it to the ground about five years ago. (I guess that's a run-on sentence for you.) I may never get one of his boats, but now I've got a little reminder.
