WB issue 72. (Stauter boatworks on cover) help??

I think I have the right issue No. This edition had a knot to hold tight but not jam in bungy cord. Unfortunately my copy was lost many years ago and I have forgotten the knot.Can anybody help please.

The name of the knot you are interested in is the Angler's Loop. And yes it was in Issue #72 (how did you remember that?). And Brion Toss wrote the article.
