Ok, you have only 3 months to build a boat and get her in the water, which boat will it be and why..... please.

Bald, ugly, not too bright but incredibly sexy!
Three hundred and sixty, six-hour canoes... so that I'd have more boats than Norm has.
...another old boat, restored and relaunched

Now that's not funny.
Depends on what kind of a boat. DUh! The two sons and I build Sam Devlins "Egret" in a week. Cut the first piece of plywood on one saturday and went sailing the next. Paint came later and I had built the spars earlier.

John Gardner's "Fat Boat" from Wooden Boats to Build and Use. It is a trad boat of dory skiff style that I admire. Since I single hand mostly, it is the perfect size at 13'7", but big enough to take the wife and I on a nice sail. It is seaworthy enough to survive Lake Michigan, roomy enough to hold camping gear for my coastal cruising ambitions (i.e., Lake Michigan), and it's shallow draft will allow me to sail the shallow lakes and rivers around here with relative impunity. Who could ask for more? Well, don't get me started about that.
