No... not that kind, but when I made a donation to 'Save the Children' through WB, and ordered something from their catalog at the same time, I received a couple of freebies. They sent a temporary tattoo of the WB insignia and a 2005 Onne Van Der Wal desk calendar.
Now wasn't that nice! They may do this only if you order items above a certain $ amount (I spent $50+) and they included a letter encouraging me to renew or give a gift subscription, but hey, I appreciate the thought!

Aww man, I only got the desk calendar. Well not only the desk calendar. I also received a new subscription and that really cool orange hooded sweatshirt for Christmas too.
...but the tattoo sounds pretty cool.
