Is anybody familiar with a hull design
probably dated back to the early 1900"s
that has a stepped and planked deadrise
and a narrow bottom? The hull is sort of
like the Diablo except the deadrise from
the bottom chine out is stepped. I use that
term because I don't know what the correct
    one is.

You sure are pushing that boat aren't
    cha Kevin.

The bottom of these boats were narrow and
flat probably around two feet wide and the
planking started at the chine to the bottom.

I'm trying to figure out where this design
came from. My dad built them this way.

It looks like the Diablo bottom only
    the bilge panels are lapstrake.
