    Default GP14 to donate

    Hi,

I've inherited this wooden sailing dinghy from my uncle, who recently passed away.

Would anyone be interested in taking this boat on? I would be happy to donate this boat and trailer for free, to anyone who would like it as a project. I would love to see it back on the water but I don't have the time or skill to do it myself. We are in Bath, Somerset.

This is the information I received from the wooden boat forum.

Definitely looks like a GP14 Long long time since I last sailed one and it wasn't mine.. That bottom extra hole in the stern looks like it was a let in piece to fix a previous rot, hence that lone screw sticking up.
Designed by Jack Chippendale in 1949, and originally produced by Bell boats in the UK.
