    I've searched the web to try to find a pic of this painting to share, but can't find anything on it, so I just shot it, through the glass, with my digital camera.



    It's signed Fontaine '79.

    Anyone recognize it, or the artist's name?

    Kinda looks like the places Roger(from the Rez) writes about.

    Froggy...it's fuzzy because the photo was taken thru a dusty and cigar smoke laden glass. I found Ed Fontaine while searching, but only the paintings at the site you listed.

    Jack Dillon is the resident forum artist. Maybe he knows something about it. It's pretty certain that it is a store on a hammock in a southern swamp. The CocaCola sign and the tied up boats are the give-away. Maybe a poker game going on inside.

    What you can't read is a big white "BAIT" above the porch roof, and a small sign hanging from the porch that say's "Boat Rental"
