So Norm, being nearly computer illiterate, when they say to block those attachments do they mean up front, so they never get into your e-mail? Or can you just not open them, and delete them?

The "do not open / delete" option works well enough. All my mail containing atts. goes to a different folder rather than the Inbox. Then I can delete any that I don't recognize or anticipate from a friend or relative.
