Default Three questions about the indictment.

When trump surrenders, will there be a golden escalator involved?
    Will Malaria accompany him?
Are the Secret Service agents assigned to trump being punished for past digressions? Is this the equivalent of Wehrmacht troops being sent to the eastern front?

    (1) The poor boy might have to stumble up and down a few steps or suffer the
humiliation of going into an old non-gold-leaf elevator.
    (2) Melania will be nowhere in sight. Speaking of which, has there even been a
Melania sighting since Trump left office?
    (3) They will accompany the accused but let the court and the NYPD do their job.
Trump will not be happy about that.

That’s a big cavity. They might need to send in a couple of bloodhounds for the search.

Don't expect anything. Be not surprised if Trump's plane comes to NY without him on it and he comes on a different plane to a different airport. Or if he chooses not to come at all.

    Be not surprised by anything.

If they find unclassified documents will they put them back?
There is no rational, logical, or physical description of how free will could exist. It therefore makes no sense to praise or condemn anyone on the grounds they are a free willed self that made one choice but could have chosen something else. There is no evidence that such a situation is possible in our Universe. Demonstrate otherwise and I will be thrilled.

My concern is that having picked the least of his alleged crimes the more serious ones, like insurrection and foreign interference, will be low pedalled and having given him a token sentence he'll be 'let off' answering to the rest.
They do not want to jail a former President…… because PRECEDENT!

As has been said many times, the precedent of not is far worse.

Will President Biden follow the precedent set by President Ford? Or perhaps not?

I don’t think this will be the last indictment.

Nothing was 'picked'; this one just happened to get done first. They're independent investigations, by totally different entities. This one is by a New York State prosecutor. There's a very competent federal special prosecutor investigating the Jan 6th insurrection and misuse of classified documents, a judge and grand jury in Georgia looking into election interference, and several civil suits. Trump's in trouble. He might still manage to wiggle out of it, but I wouldn't bet more than I could afford to lose.

Biden will not pardon Trump. Maybe a Repulcan president.
