Lady Gaga has a lot of right-wing detractors because she is outspoken in support of the LGBT community.
As she was leaving the set of a film in production the other day she walked past a crowd of fans.
One female heckler shouted at her, "You're going to Hell! That's right... Hell!"
Lady Gaga stopped, turned around, walked up to the heckler, grabbed her, kissed her full on the lips, and said as she gave the woman a shake,
"You're going with me!"

My understanding was this happened after they wrapped for the day. Maybe not? They didn't have a mic on Gaga.
On second thought.... I think you are correct and this was all part of the film.
